小檗碱抗动脉粥样硬化的作用及机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心血管疾病,特别是动脉粥样硬化,是全球发病和死亡的主要原因;它会给患者及家庭带来巨大的经济负担。小檗碱(BBR)是两千多年来中国传统和印度传统医学的重要组成部分。黄连是一种具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒作用的中药。小檗碱是黄连的主要生物碱,近年来的研究表明小檗碱具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。综述小檗碱降血脂、抗氧化、抗炎症、保护血管内皮等四种主要作用机制,为小檗碱的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。 The incidence of cardiovascular diseases,especially atherosclerosis,is the main cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide.It can place a huge financial burden on patients and their lamilies.Berberine(BBR)is an important part of traditional Chinese and Indian medicine for more than 2000 years.Huanglian(Coptis chinensis)is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine with the functions of clearing away heat,drying dampness,purging fire and detoxifying.BBR is the main alkaloid of Huanglian(Coptis chinensis).Recent studies show that BBR has the effect of anti-atherosclerosis.This paper reviewed the four main mechanisms of action of BBR,including lowering blood lipid,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and protecting vascular endothelium.
