益气生血汤对创伤性骨折骨密度及血清PⅠNP、Cathe K、TRAP的影响

Effects of Yiqi Shengxue Decoction(益气生血汤) on Bone Mineral Density and Serum PⅠNP,Cathe K and TRAP in Patients with Traumatic Fractures

目的研究益气生血汤对创伤性骨折患者骨密度及血清Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PⅠNP)、组织蛋白酶K(cathe K)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)的影响。方法选择医院2018年12月—2019年10月诊治的创伤性骨折术后患者124例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为两组,每组62例,对照组常规止痛、抗感染治疗及术后恢复性功能锻炼,同时采用鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加益气生血汤治疗。观察比较两组的功能恢复情况,肿胀消退、疼痛消退及骨折愈合时间,骨密度指标,血清骨转化生化指标。结果观察组、对照组的功能恢复优良率分别为95.2%(59/62)、83.9%(52/62),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肿胀消退、疼痛消退及骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时两组患者骨折区的骨密度(BMD)、骨矿含量(BMC)、骨面积(BA)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组BMD、BMC显著高于对照组(P<0.05),BA略高于对照组、但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。入院时两组患者血清PⅠNP、Cathe K、TRAP水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组血清PⅠNP、Cathe K、TRAP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气生血汤对创伤性骨折患者具有积极的临床治疗作用,其有利于肢体功能恢复,并且能够促进骨质量提高、加速骨折愈合。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Shengxue Decoction(益气生血汤)on bone mineral density and serum procollagen type I amino-terminal propeptide(PⅠNP),cathepsin K(Cathe K)and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)in patients with traumatic fractures.Methods A total of 124 cases of postoperative patients with traumatic fracture in our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,62 patients in each group.The control group was with routine analgesia,anti-infective treatment and postoperative recovery of sexual function,and Lugua Peptide Injection was also used for treatment.The observation group was supplemented with Yiqi Shengxue Decoction based on the control group.The limb function recovery,swelling subsidence,pain subsidence and fracture healing time,bone density index,and serum levels of bone transformation biochemical index of two groups were observed and compared.Results The excellent recovery rates of limb function in the observation group and control group were 95.2%(59/62)and 83.9%(52/62),respectively.The observation group’s rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The swelling,pain and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bone mineral density(BMD),bone mineral content(BMC)or bone area(BA)in the fracture area between two groups at admission(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMD and BMC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).BA was slightly higher than that of the control group but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum levels of PⅠNP,Cathe K or TRAP between two groups at admission(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of PⅠNP,Cathe K and TRAP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Shengxue Decoction has a positive clinical effect on patients with traumatic fractures.It is conducive to the recovery of limb function and can promote the improvement of bone quality and accelerate the healing of fractures.
