平脉定悸方对快速性心律失常的疗效及血清内IL-1β、NF-κB的变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究平脉定悸方对快速性心律失常患者的疗效及患者血清内白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)的变化影响。方法选取医院2018年4月—2020年2月收治的快速性心律失常患者86例,分为两组,每组43例。对照组给予普罗帕酮治疗,观察组给予平脉定悸方联合西医治疗。记录两组PR间期、QTc间期及IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、NF-κB水平,比较两组患者住院时间,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者住院时间(8.95±1.94)d短于对照组(12.58±2.63)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率(93.02%,40/43)高于对照组(76.74%,33/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前PR间期、QTc间期水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后PR间期水平高于对照组,QTc间期水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-18、NO、ET-1、NF-κB水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后NO水平高于对照组,IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-18、ET-1、NF-κB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平脉定悸方治疗快速性心律失常疗效显著,可减轻机体炎症反应,改善内皮功能,缩短住院时间。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Pingmai Dingxiao Decoction(平脉定悸方)on patients with tachyarrhythmia and the changes of serum levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)in patients with tachyarrhythmia.Methods From April 2018 to February 2020,86 patients with tachyarrhythmia were divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with propafenone,and the observation group was treated with Pingmai Dingxiao Decoction combined with western medicine.The levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,interleukin-18(IL-18),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)and NF-κB in PR and QTc interval were recorded in two groups.The hospitalization time of two groups was compared and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was counted.Results The hospitalization time[(8.95±1.94)d]in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group[(12.58±2.63)d].The difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate(93.02%,40/43)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(76.74%,33/43)with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in PR and QTc interval before treatment(P>0.05).The PR interval level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the QTc interval level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-18,NO,ET-1 or NF-κB before treatment(P>0.05).The NO level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-18,ET-1 and NF-κB were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of tachyarrhythmia with Pingmai Dingxian Decoction is effective,which can alleviate inflammation,improve endothelial function and shorten hospitalization time in patients with tachyarrhythmia.
