变距多旋翼无人机振动敏感性分析方法 被引量:2

摘要 变距多旋翼无人机具有广阔的应用场景,其构型尺寸势必会不断提高,机身结构的动力学问题会愈发凸显,开展相关问题的研究具有前瞻性及必要性。以国内某新兴的变距多旋翼无人机为基础,将飞行操纵策略及相关结构动力学问题相结合,应用ANSYS动力学模块、CATIA建模模块及QgroudControl地面端等计算机辅助工具,对机体结构在飞行过程中振动敏感性的分析方法进行研究,结果表明,在结构设计过程中马达质量、支臂刚度及支臂质量应作为结构耦合分析过程的主要考虑因素,为进一步提升工业级变距多旋翼无人机相关结构设计水平提供新的思路。 Variable-pitch multi-rotor UAV have a wide range of application scenarios,and their configuration dimensions are bound to continue to increase,and the dynamics of the fuselage structure will become more prominent.It is forward-looking and necessary to carry out research on related issues.Based on an emerging variable-pitch multi-rotor UAV in China,the flight control strategy and related structural dynamics problems are combined,and computer-aided tools such as ANSYS dynamics module,CATIA modeling module and QgroudControl ground terminal are applied to the aircraft structure.The analysis method of vibration sensitivity during flight was studied,and it was concluded that the motor weight,arm stiffness and arm weight should be the main considerations in the structural coupling analysis process during the structural design process,in order to further improve the industrial-grade variable-pitch multi-rotor the level of UAV-related structural design provides new ideas.
