摘要
为了解决某直升机载电子吊舱在振动试验时出现裂纹问题,运用力学仿真和振动试验的方法对其进行了研究。建立吊舱结构有限元网格模型,进行模态分析和耐久振动分析,分析结果与试验结果一致。根据仿真结果对模型进行结构优化设计,并通过仿真分析校核吊舱的结构强度,吊舱顺利通过了耐久试验考核。此研究思路和方法可作为其他类似结构裂纹分析与优化设计的参考。
The mechanics simulation and vibration test are carried out to resolve crack of helicopter borne electronic pod.A finite element model of the pod is designed,modal analysis and durable vibration are simulated,the result is the same as vibration test.The optimization design of the model is carried out based on the simulation result.Meanwhile,the structure strength of the pod is verified by mechanics simulation analysis.The pod passed the durable vibration test.The research ideas and methods provide a reference for the crack analysis and optimization design of some other similar structure.
