摘要
验证飞机舱门密封结构的设计是否合理,密封性能是否满足要求,除了需要一定的经验积累和理论计算以外,试验验证是必不可少的环节。以某型飞机后货舱门的气密试验为例,设计了一种验证舱门密封性能的试验方法。对密封盒段和舱门试验件分别添加了13个测量点,并在每个测量点处安装位移计;对密封盒段进行1倍充压、保压和测量数据;通过对试验数据的分析得出该后货舱门的密封结构设计合理,气密性能满足初步的设计目标,但局部结构的刚度需要增强。该舱门气密试验的过程和结果直接验证了舱门密封结构是否满足设计要求,同时该试验方法也为其他机型舱门的气密试验提供参考。
To verify whether the design of the door sealing structure of an aircraft is reasonable and whether the airtight performance thereof meets requirements,in addition to certain experience accumulations and theoretical calculations,test verification is indispensable.Taking the air tightness test of the aft cargo door of a certain type of aircraft as an example,a test method is designed to verify the airtight performance of the door.13 measuring points are added to the sealed box section and the door test piece respectively,and a displacement meter was installed at each measuring point.The sealed box section is doubled on pressure,followed by pressure maintaining and data measuring.After the analysis of the test data,it is concluded that the sealing structure of the rear cargo door is designed in a reasonable manner,and the airtight performance thereof meets our preliminary design goals,but local rigidity needs to be enhanced.The process and result of the air tightness test directly verify whether the door sealing structure meets the designed requirements,and this test method also provides a reference for the air tightness test for cabin doors of other models.
