摘要
海军飞机服役的高温、高湿、高盐雾的海洋环境,导致机载电子设备腐蚀故障频发。本文基于机载电子设备主要损伤机制及故障特点,分析了发生腐蚀的主要原因,从产品结构形式、材料选择、防护以及密封设计四方面提出了抗腐蚀设计方法;并提出了加强外场使用过程中的清洁、密封、除湿、缓释维护措施。
The marine environment of high temperature,humidity and salt fog in service of naval aircraft has caused frequent corrosion failures of electronic equipment.Based on the main damage mechanism and failure characteristics of airborne electronic equipment,analyzed the main causes of corrosion,proposed anti-corrosion design methods from four aspects of product structure,material selection,protection and seal design;and provided methods to strengthen the maintenance measures of cleaning,sealing.dehumidification,and corrosion inhibition in field use.
