液压系统清洗装置电器控制系统的设计

摘要 针对具有多电动机的飞机液压清洗装置,设计电器控制系统,同时解决了多电动机旋转方向一致性、大功率电动机起动和过载保护的问题。在配电电路中设置相序保护电路,使电动机按设定方向转动。在主电路中对大功率电动机采用星三角起动,减小了电动机的起动电流,避免大电流起动对附近其他用电设备运转造成影响和干扰。使用电子过载继电器代替热继电器对大功率电动机进行过载保护,提高过载保护灵敏度。清洗装置经过多年使用,电器控制系统安全可靠,具有稳定的工作性能,满足使用要求。 The electrical control system is designed for aircraft hydraulic cleaning device with multiple motors.The problem of rotation direction consistency of multiple motors is solved.It overcomes the problems of high-power motor starting and overload protection at the same time.The phase sequence protection circuit is set in the distribution circuit,so that the motor rotates in the specified direction.In the main circuit of high power motor the star delta starter were used,and the starting current of the motor was reduced.The influence and interference caused by high current starting to the operation of other electrical equipment nearby have been avoided.Electronic overload relay is used to replace thermal relay for overload protection of high-power motor to improve the sensitivity of overload protection.The cleaning device has been used by users for many years,which proves that the electrical control system is safe and reliable,has stable working performance and meets the requirements of use.
