摘要
主最低设备是保证军用飞机安全放行的重要依据,直接关系到飞机交付用户后的安全性和经济性。在借鉴国内外民机主最低设备确定方法的基础上,充分考虑军用飞机的使用特点和工程经验,形成了适用于军用飞机的主最低设备确定原则、流程与方法,并进行了工程应用。
The establishment and application of Master Minimum Equipment plays an important role on assuring safety and economy of military aircraft.On the basis of the experience and method adopted in domestic and overseas civil aircraft,a logical method,principle and procedure in determining MMEL of military aircraft are proposed in this paper,fully considering the use characteristics of military aircraft.In addition,the method has been applied to the real engineering systems.
