摘要
为了获得一种活塞发动机故障不拆解诊断方法,基于分形理论,利用活塞发动机系统的多组件非线性特性及发动机表面振动信号的非平稳特性,先检测记录正常状态下,不同位置、不同工况下,活塞发动机振动信号波形,后检测发动机几种故障状态下的振动波形,对比分析,计算其分形维数,精确定位故障点,得出一种利用发动机表面振动信号进行发动机故障不拆解诊断的方法。
The purpose of this paper is to obtain a fault diagnosis method of piston engine without disassembly.Based on the fractal theory,using the nonlinear features of the piston engine system components and the nonstationary characteristics of engine surface vibration signal,the piston engine vibration signals under the normal state on different location in the different working conditions were detected and recorded.The results were used for comparing and analyzing with the vibration waveforms of several fault piston engine to calculate the fractal dimension and locate the fault point accurately.Presents a method to diagnose engine faults without disassembly based on engine surface vibration signals.
