摘要
目的研究浸泡温度和时间对邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂从食品包装材料迁移到食品模拟液中的影响。方法采用双面浸泡法,把塑料包装材料浸泡在模拟液中,改变浸泡温度和时间,用正己烷提取浸泡液,气相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)法测定,5种内标法进行定量。结果当浸泡时间相同时,随着温度增加,模拟液中塑化剂的迁移量都有增加,10%乙醇水溶液和3%醋酸水溶液中增加不明显,异辛烷模拟液中迁移量增加最多;当浸泡温度相同时,随着浸泡时间的增长,塑化剂迁移量增加,但不同模拟物中塑化剂的迁移量不同,同种模拟物中不同种类塑化剂的迁移量也不同。结论浸泡温度和时间对塑化剂从塑料包装材料向食品中的迁移有影响,塑化剂迁移量随着浸泡温度和时间的增加而增加。
Objective To investigate the influence of temperature and time on the migration of PAEs from food packaging materials to food simulants.Methods The plastic packaging material was soaked in the simulation solution by two-sided soaking,meanwhile changing the soaking temperature and time.The soaking simulants were extracted byn-hexane and detected by gas chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS),using five internal standards for quantitative detection.Results When the immersion time is the same,with the increase of immersion temperature,the migration increases.The increase was not apparent in 10%ethanol solution and 3%acetic acid,and the migration increase in the isooctane simulants solution was the most.When the immersion temperature is the same,with the increase of immersion time,with the increase of immersion time,the migration increases,but the migration of PAEs in different simulant is different,and the migration of different kinds of PAEs in the same simulant is also different.Conclusion Immersion temperature and time could influent the migration of PAEs from food packaging materials to food stimulant,the migration of PAEs increase with the increasing of immersion temperature and time.
