摘要
目的评价热毒宁与甘草酸苷治疗Ⅱ期手足口病患儿的临床效果及对免疫相关指标的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月沈阳市第六人民医院接诊的68例Ⅱ期手足口病患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组采用热毒宁治疗,观察组则采用热毒宁联合甘草酸苷治疗。比较两组患者退热时间、体温恢复时间、皮疹消失时间、惊颤消失或精神好转时间、危重转化率、治疗效果以及免疫相关指标情况。结果观察组患儿体温恢复时间、退热时间、皮疹消失时间、惊颤消失或精神好转时间短于对照组,危重转化率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者T淋巴细胞、Th细胞、Tc细胞、Th细胞/Tc细胞、NK细胞、lgG、IgA水平高于对照组,B淋巴细胞及IgM低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁联合甘草酸苷的治疗方式可有效改善手足口病患儿症状,优化各项免疫指标,增强患儿的免疫功能,提升治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Reduning and Glycyrrhizin on child patients in stageⅡhand,foot and mouth disease and their influence on immune related indexes.Methods A total of 68 children with stage II hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to Shenyang Sixth People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Reduning,and the observation group was treated with Reduning combined with glycyrrhizin.The antifebrile time,body temperature recovery,rash disappearance,tremor disappearance or mental improvement time,critical conversion rate,treatment effect,and immune-related indicators were compared between the 2 groups of patients.Results The body temperature recovery time,fever reduction time,rash disappearance time,tremor disappearance or mental improvement time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the critical conversion rate was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of the control group was 79.41%,which was lower than the observation group’s 97.06%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of immune cells such as T lymphocytes,Th cells,Tc cells,Th cells/Tc cells,and NK cells,lgG and IgA were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduning combined with glycyrrhizin can effectively improve the symptoms of hand,foot and mouth disease,optimize various immune indexes,enhance the immune function of children,and improve the treatment effect.
