盐酸多奈哌齐对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学及血清基质金属蛋白酶-9的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Donepezil on Hemorheology and Serum MMP-9 in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗对血液流变学及血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2019年6月在阜新市第二人民医院治疗的80例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,比较两组治疗前后血液流变学指标、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、MMP-9及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果治疗后,观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容、hs-CRP、MMP-9、NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗可改善患者血液流变学,减轻炎症反应,促进病情缓解,改善神经功能缺损。 Objective To investigate the effect of donepezil on hemorheology and serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Fuxin Second People’s Hospital of Liaoning Province(Fuxin Maternity Hospital) from October 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment. The observation group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride plus routine treatment. The hemorheology,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), MMP-9 and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score of the 2 groups were compared before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the total shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, fibrinogen,hematocrit, serum hs-CRP, MMP-9, NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, donepezil can improve the hemorheology, reduce the inflammatory reaction, promote the remission of the disease and reduce the neurological deficit.
