孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸左卡巴斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎合并腺样体肥大患儿的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Levocarbastine in the Treatment of Child Patients with Allergic Rhinitis combined with Adenoid Hypertrophy

目的探讨盐酸左卡巴斯汀鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗变应性鼻炎合并腺样体肥大患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的确诊为变应性鼻炎合并腺样体肥大患儿90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组患儿采用盐酸左卡巴斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联合口服孟鲁司特钠片治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后腺样体厚度/鼻咽宽度(A/N)、Bitar临床评分以及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)和特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)的变化,记录两组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿A/N值、Biatar临床评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿血清CRP、ECP、EOS和sIgE明显低于治疗前,且观察组患儿血清ECP、EOS和sIgE明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间对照组和观察组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸左卡巴斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎合并腺样体肥大患儿,可有效降低患儿血清炎症介质水平,提高呼吸功能,促进患儿康复,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of levocarbastine combined with montelukast in the treatment of child patients with allergic rhinitis combined with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods A total of 90 child patients with allergic rhinitis combined with adenoid hypertrophy in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology in Otorhinolaryngology Department,Shunde Women’s and Children’s Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45).Children in the control group were treated with levocabastine hydrochloride nasal spray,and children in the observation group were treated with oral montelukast sodium tablets plus levocabastine hydrochloride nasal spray.The changes of Adenoid thickness/nasopharyngeal width(A/N),Bitar clinical score,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),and eosinophils(EOS)and the changes of specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE)were compared between the 2 groups of children before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded during the treatment of the 2 groups of child patients.Results After treatment,the A/N value,Biatar clinical score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the serum CRP,ECP,EOS and SIgE of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those of the pre-treatment level,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups of children during treatment was not statistically significant during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with levocabastine can effectively treat adenoid hypertrophy in children with allergic rhinitis,reduce the serum inflammatory indexes,improve the respiratory function of the children,and promote the recovery of the child patients with high safety.
