糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗儿童季节性变应性鼻炎患儿的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Child Patients with Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗儿童季节性变应性鼻炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年10月锦州市妇婴医院收治的111例季节性变应性鼻炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(53例)与观察组(58例)。对照组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、鼻症状总积分表(TNSS)评分及症状改善时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的75.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-4、IL-8、IL-10、IFN-γ水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组TNSS评分及症状改善时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗儿童季节性变应性鼻炎能提高疗效,减轻炎症反应,促进康复,安全有效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of child patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 111 children with seasonal allergic rhinitis admitted to Jinzhou Maternity and Infant Hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group(n=53) and an observation group(n=58). The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray, and the observation group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium. The therapeutic effects of the two groups, interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-8(IL-8), interleukin-10(IL-10), interferon gamma(IFN-γ), nasal symptoms total score table(TNSS) score, time to symptom improvement, and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.10%, which was higher than 75.48% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-8, IL-10, and IFN-γ in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the TNSS score and symptom improvement time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of child patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis can improve the curative effect, reduce the inflammatory reaction,promote recovery, which is effective and safe.
