摘要
该研究研制一种南极磷虾油口服液,实现动物油脂向液体剂型的合理转化。采用微囊油脂包埋技术制备虾油口服液,通过单因素实验选择包埋剂、乳化剂及加工工艺,并对各组分的配比及工艺参数进行优化,观察其灭菌后的性状及透光率,测试工艺稳定性。最终确定南极磷虾油口服液的最佳制备工艺为:南极磷虾油含量2%,包埋剂为酪蛋白酸钠含量1.2%,乳化剂为单油酸十甘油酯含量0.04%,采用18000 r/min高速剪切16 min制备而成,灭菌后650 nm透光率可达9.60%,外观均匀稳定,无沉淀无漂浮。
A kind of Antarctic krill oil oral liquid was developed to realize the reasonable transformation from animal oil to liquid dosage form.The microencapsulated oil embedding technology was used to prepare the shrimp oil oral liquid.The embedding agent,emulsifier and processing technology was investigated by single factor experiment,and the proportion of each component and processing parameters were optimized.The properties and transmittance after sterilization were observed,and the stability of the process was tested,the optimum preparation technology of Antarctic krill oil oral liquid was determined as follows:2% Antarctic krill oil,1.2% sodium caseinate as embedding agent,0.04% decadeylgly lmonoleate as emulsifier,prepared by 18000 r/min high-speed shearing for 16 min,after sterilization,the transmittance of 650 nm can reach 9.60%,the appearance is even and stable,and there is no sedimentation and floatation.
