萌芽黑青稞对睡眠质量与免疫功能的作用研究 被引量:1

Effects of Germination Black Highland Barley on Sleep Quality and Immune Function

摘要 目的:研究萌芽黑青稞对睡眠质量与免疫功能的作用。方法:通过建立小鼠直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验和小鼠旷场实验评价萌芽黑青稞的镇静催眠作用;通过测定对小鼠碳廓清除、耳廓肿胀、血清溶血素和对NK细胞活性的影响研究萌芽黑青稞增强免疫的效果。结果:与空白对照组比较,萌芽黑青稞无直接催眠小鼠的作用,但能明显缩短小鼠入睡时间和延长睡眠时间,提高戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量的催眠效率,减少小鼠旷场的活动距离,能升高小鼠脾脏指数(P<0.05)、吞噬指数、半数溶血值HC;(P<0.05),提高NK细胞活性(P<0.05),降低小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:萌芽黑青稞能有效改善睡眠质量和调节机体免疫力,且作用效果优于黑青稞。 Objective:To investigate the effect of germination black highland barley on sleep quality and immune function.Methods:The sedative and hypnotic effects of germination black highland barley were evaluated by establishing direct sleep test,prolonged sleep time test of pentobarbital sodium,sleep latency test of pentobarbital sodium,subthreshold dose hypnotic test of pentobarbital sodium and open field test of mice;the efficacy of germination highland barley to enhance immunization was investigated by measuring the effect of c-rodentium clearance,auricular swelling,serum hemolysin and on NK cell activity in mice.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the germination black highland barley had no effect on mice under direct hypnosis,but it could obviously shorten the time that mice fall asleep and prolong their sleep time,improve the hypnotic efficiency of pentobarbital sodium subthreshold dose,reduce the active distance of mice in the open field,and could elevate the spleen index (P<0.05),phagocytosis index,half hemolysis value HC;(P<0.05),increase NK cell activity (P<0.05) and decrease auricular swelling in mice.Conclusion:Germination black highland barley can effectively improve sleep quality and regulate body immunity,and the effect is better than that of black highland barley.
