摘要
基于免疫层析技术建立食品中氟虫腈及其3种代谢物氟甲腈、氟虫腈砜、氟虫腈亚砜的快速检测方法。采用QuEChERS方法对食品中氟虫腈及其3种代谢物进行快速提取、净化,最后用氟虫腈胶体金检测卡进行检测。通过调整浓缩倍数,氟虫腈及其3种代谢物的检出限为0.002~0.1 mg/kg,另外,通过对加标阳性样品进行检测,其结果与参考方法测量结果一致。该方法具有简便、快速、低成本等特点,适合大批量样品的现场筛查,提高监管效率。
A rapid detection method for fipronil and its metabolites fipronil sulfone,fipronil sulfoxide and fluorocarbonitrile in food was established based on immunochromatographic technology.The fipronil and its metabolites were extracted and purified by the method of QuEChERS and detected by the gold test card.The results showed that the detection limits of fipronil and its metabolites reached 0.002~0.1 mg/kg,respectively.In addition,the results were consistent with the national standard method by testing the spiked positive samples.This method is simple,fast and low-cost,which is suitable for on-site screening of large quantities of samples,and improves supervision efficiency.
