“互联网+”背景下再生资源产业协同创新三方演化博弈研究 被引量:14

Research on the Tripartite Evolutionary Game of Collaborative Innovation in Renewable Resources Industry under the Background of“Internet Plus”

摘要 再生资源回收利用是循环经济发展的重要环节,是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要举措。本文在"互联网+"背景下,构建再生资源企业、地方政府和公众协同创新的三方演化博弈模型,分析博弈主体在协同创新过程中的策略选择,并用数值分析研究各参数改变对博弈主体策略选择的影响。结果表明:初始概率的大小与博弈主体选择策略的收敛速度成正比;不同博弈主体对参数改变的敏感度不同,公众对参与创新的成本和惩罚力度的敏感度更高;不同博弈主体之间的策略选择是相互促进的,演化稳定策略为"积极参与,监管,积极参与"。基于上述结论,从再生资源企业、地方政府、公众的角度提出建议,为再生资源产业转型发展提供有效思路。 Recycling of renewable resources industry and garbage classification are the key issues concerned by the state.In view of this,this paper is based on the background of"Internet plus",constructs a three-party evolutionary game model of collaborative innovation among renewable resource enterprises,local governments and the public,analyzes the game players’strategic choices in the process of collaborative innovation,and studies the influence of each parameter change on the game players’strategic choices with numerical analysis.The results show that the initial probability is directly proportional to the convergence speed of the game player.Different game players have different sensitivity to parameter changes,and the public has higher sensitivity to the cost and punishment of participating in innovation.The strategy selection between different game players is mutually promoting,and the evolution strategy of stability is(active participation,supervision and active participation).Based on the above conclusions,Suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of renewable resource enterprises,local governments and the public,so as to provide effective ideas for the transformation and development of renewable resource industry.
