摘要
当今世界,人才成为促进科技创新和经济社会发展的重要资源。改革开放以来,我国在国际人才竞争中取得了显著成就,但随着全球人才战略竞争的持续深化,我国吸引海外高端人才的国际形势更加严峻复杂。为了实现人才强国这一宏伟目标,应参考和借鉴其他国家的有益实践经验,进一步完善人才引进、激励、融入等相关举措,确保高端人才引得进、用得好、留得住,为实现中华民族伟大复兴、赢得国际竞争主动权提供强有力的支撑。
Amid the growing international competition,all nations have been competing to attract,develop and retain global talents to advance technological innovation and socio-economic development.Since the Reform and Opening up,China has achieved unprecedented results in the international competition for talents.As the competition intensifies,the international environment for attracting global talents in China has become increasingly complicated.In order to achieve the grand goal of making China strong with talents,this article suggests referring to and learning from the beneficial practical experience of other countries,further improving relevant measures such as talent recruitment,incentive and integration,and ensuring that high-end talents can be introduced,properly used and retained,so as to provide strong support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and keep the initiative in international competition.
