新形势下我国高素质科技人才的自主培养问题研究

Research on the Independent Cultivation of High-Quality S&T Talents in China under the New Situation

人才队伍是科技创新的核心,科技发展新形势对人才技能提出了新的需求。在全球科技竞争日趋激烈的形势下,我国与发达国家尤其是美国的人员交流与合作受到了一定的影响,合作培养人才的渠道受到一定的挤压。为此,我国亟需加强高素质科技人才的自主培养。我国应从国家战略高度对STEM教育进行顶层设计;塑造良好的环境,吸引更多优秀人员进入科研领域并能够潜心开展研究;完善对青年科研人员的培养和使用。

Talent plays a key role in scientific and technologic(S&T)innovation,and the new S&T situation has a new need for professional skills.Under the increasingly fierce global scientific and technological competition,the S&T personnel exchange and cooperation between China and the developed countries,especially the United States,have also been affected,which means that the channels of cooperative training of talents have been squeezed to some extent.Therefore,China urgently needs to strengthen the independent cultivation of high-quality S&T talents.This paper holds that China should carry out top-level design for STEM education from a national strategy perspective;create a good environment to attract more excellent personnel to enter the scientific research field and devote themselves to research;and improve the training and use of young researchers.
