《法医临床学视觉电生理检查规范》解读--兼论国际临床视觉电生理标准的发展动态

Interpretation of"The guidelines on Visual Electrophysiological Examination for Forensic Clinical Medicine"--Also on the development of international standards for clinical visual evoked potentials

在法医学鉴定中,如何应用视觉诱发电位(简称VEP)等视觉电生理技术,客观评估被检者视觉功能状况,是司法鉴定的重要内容与难点问题。科学规范的技术标准有助于提高检查的客观性与可重复性,进而保障法庭科学证据的准确性。本文系统介绍了国际临床视觉电生理学会VEP标准的发展动态、最新理念,及其在我国《法医临床学视觉电生理检查规范SF/Z JD 0103010-2018》中的运用。本文解读了该规范运用视觉电生理的理论和技术,所制定的视觉诱发电位检查的内容、步骤和方法;同时对所设定的VEP检测流程、刺激参数,评判指标,结果解读的依据予以说明与阐释,力求法医临床学视觉电生理学检查的规范化。

How to use electrophysiological techniques such as visual evoked potential(VEP)to objectively evaluate the visual function of the examinee is an important and difficult problem in forensic expertise.The technical standards of scientific norms are helpful to improve the objectivity and reproducibility of the examination,thus ensuring the accuracy of forensic scientific evidence.This paper systematically introduces the development trend and the latest concept VEP standard of the Inter-national Society for Clinical Electrophy-siology of vision,and its application in"The guidelines on visual electrophysiological examination for forensic clinical medicine-SF/ZJD 0103010-2018"in China.This paper interprets the theory and technology of the SF guidelines using visual electrophysiology,the content,steps and methods of visual evoked potential examination,as well as the set VEP detection process and stimulation parameters,and rules on the evaluation indicators to guide the result interpretation,so as to standardize the visual electrophysiological examination in forensic examination.
