法医系谱技术在案件侦查中的应用进展

DNA数据库已经成为打击违法犯罪的重要手段,但是数据库所包含人数有限,嫌疑人的DNA不一定收录在数据库中,为了扩展DNA数据库的使用价值,可以采用一种间接的方式,即通过在数据库中检索与嫌疑人相关亲属的DNA,确定嫌疑人所在家系信息从而来确定嫌疑人信息,为案件指明方向。法医系谱技术是亲属检索的方法之一,主要流行于欧美国家,解决了多起积案,本文主要对该方法展开综述,并对其在国内的应用前景进行展望。

DNA database has become an important means to crack down on illegal crimes.However,the number of suspects in the database is limited,and the suspects’DNA may not be included in the database.In order to expand the use value of DNA database,an indirect way can be adopted,that is,by searching the DNA of relatives related to suspects in the database.Determine the family information of the suspect to determine the information of the suspect and point out the direction of the case.Forensic genealogy is one of the retrieval methods of relatives,which is popular in Europe and America,and has solved many cold cases.This paper mainly describes this method,and looks forward to its application prospect in China.
