摘要
信息技术的发展推动教学创新变革。教与学的动态交互——教学法是课程和教学变革的本质,决定了教学质量和学习效果。2018年OECD提出的六大创新教学法充分考虑了学习者的自然学习倾向,是学习环境设计的基础。创新教学法5C框架由组合、鉴定、内容、情境、变革五个影响教与学互动质量的深层要素构成,是教师实施创新教学法的分析视角和考量工具。本文探析和解读2018年OECD发布的《教师作为学习环境的设计者:创新教学法的重要地位》报告,透过创新教学法理解教学变革,以重新看待教学变革和教师专业发展的内在逻辑,实现教学变革思维与策略的转变。
Information technology promotes teaching innovation and reform.The essence of teaching reform,pedagogies,determine teaching quality and learning effect.Learning environment design is based on six clusters of innovative pedagogies,which focus on learners’natural learning inclination.5 Cs framework consists of combination,connoisseurship,content,context and change,which are five elements that deeply affect complex interaction of teaching and learning.It is an analytical perspective and tool for teachers to innovate teaching.This article analyzes and interprets OECD Teachers as Designers of Learning Environments:The Importance of Innovative Pedagogies,and introspects teaching reform through innovative pedagogies,so as to review internal logic of teaching reform and teacher professional development,in order to rethink teaching innovation actions and strategies.
