辅助化疗联合肺癌根治术治疗肺癌的效果观察

Effect of adjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical resection of lung cancer in the treatment of lung cancer

目的分析辅助化疗联合肺癌根治术治疗肺癌的临床效果。方法抽取2018年10月至2020年10月晋城市人民医院收治的肺癌患者73例,根据治疗方案分为两组。观察组37例行辅助化疗联合肺癌根治术,对照组36例行肺癌根治术。比较两组治疗效果、围术期指标、术后并发症。结果对照组肺癌彻底切除率为80.56%(29/36),低于观察组的97.30%(36/37),χ^(2)=5.241,P=0.022。观察组治疗有效率为94.56%(35/37),高于对照组的77.78%(28/36),χ^(2)=4.365,P=0.037。观察组手术时间、术后并发症少于对照组(t=9.009、χ^(2)=5.015,P<0.05)。结论辅助化疗联合肺癌根治术可增强肺癌的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of adjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical resection of lung cancer in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods A total of 73 lung cancer patients admitted to Jincheng People’s Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan.Thirty-seven cases in the observation group underwent adjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical resection of lung cancer,and 36 cases in the control group underwent radical resection of lung cancer.The treatment effects,perioperative indicators,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The complete resection rate of lung cancer in the control group was 80.56%(29/36),which was lower than 97.30%(36/37)in the observation group,χ^(2)=5.241,P=0.022.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.56%(35/37),which was higher than 77.78%(28/36)in the control group,χ^(2)=4.365,P=0.037.The operation time and postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group(t=9.009,χ^(2)=5.015,P<0.05).Conclusions Adjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical resection of lung cancer can enhance the therapeutic effect of lung cancer.
