“互联网+”背景下我国绿色农业发展的路径研究——以武汉市为例

Research on the path of Green Agriculture Development in China Under the Background of“Internet Plus”——Taking Wuhan as an Example

农业问题关系国计民生,农业始终是国家经济的基础。绿色农业是指将农业中的生产和环境保护协调起来,在促进绿色农业产品发展、增加农户收入的同时保护环境、确保绿色农业的发展。2018年发布的《中共中央国务院关于实施乡村振兴战略的意见》从提升农业发展质量、推进乡村绿色发展等方面进行了安排部署。同时,在网络发展的新环境下,充分发挥"互联网+"优势,助推农业科研力量与先进技术为绿色农业发展提供"新动能"。因此,本文简要介绍了绿色农业的内涵,在分析绿色农业的相关政策及发展现状的基础上,结合互联网技术,为解决传统农业问题,实现农业的快速发展提出新措施。

Agricultural issues are related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, and agriculture has always been the foundation of national economy. Green agriculture refers to the coordination of agricultural production and environmental protection, which can promote agricultural development, increase farmers’ income, protect the environment and ensure the green and pollution-free agricultural products. The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in 2018,made arrangements from the aspects of improving the quality of agricultural development and promoting rural green development. At the same time, under the new environment of network development, the advantages of“Internet + ”have been brought into full play to realize the agricultural scientific research strength and advanced technology, and provide“new kinetic energy”for the development of green agriculture. Therefore,this paper briefly introduces the connotation of green agriculture, based on the analysis of the relevant policies and development status of green agriculture, combined with Internet technology, puts forward new measures to solve the problems of traditional agriculture and realize the rapid development of agriculture.
