国企混合所有制改革对公司绩效影响研究——以东北制药为例

Research on the Impact of Mixed Ownership Reform of State-Owned Enterprises on Corporate Performance——Take Northeast Pharmaceutical as an Example

十九大报告指出要继续深化发展混合所有制经济,推进国企混合所有制改革,通过引入非国有股份提高国企的市场竞争力。目前,已有大量国企趁着改革势头,积极进行改制尝试。本文以东北制药为案例企业,从混改动因、混改路径、混改后企业绩效等方面分析了国企混合所有制改革。分析结果表明:国企混合所有制改革有利于增强决策的科学性,激发员工的活力与创造力,能有效改善企业绩效。进而根据东北制药的经验得出对国企混合所有制改革的启示。

The report of the 19 th national congress pointed out that we should continue to deepen the development of mixed ownership economy. Promote, the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises, and improve the market competitiveness of state-owned enterprises by introducing non-state-owned shares. At present, a large number of state-owned enterprises have taken advantage of the momentum of reform to actively try to reform. Taking Northeast Pharmaceutical as a case enterprise, this paper analyzes the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises from the aspects of mixed reform motivation, mixed reform path and enterprise performance after mixed reform. The results show that the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises is conducive to enhance the scientificity of decision-making, stimulate the vitality and creativity of employees, and effectively improve enterprise performance. Then, according to the experience of Northeast Pharmaceutical, the enlightenment to the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises is obtained.
