摘要
《个人信息保护法》于2021年8月正式出台,标志着我国在个人信息保护领域的法律框架基本确立。可以预见,接下来围绕着《个人信息保护法》的讨论,将从原先立法过程所关注的政策论面向,逐渐转向法律适用所关注的解释论面向。
The Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as "the PIPL")was officially promulgated in August 2021,marking the basic establishment of China's legal framework in personal information protection.
