摘要
悠悠燕赵大地,自古含蕴了尊崇经世致用、治学兼收并蓄、追求厚重古权、讲求慷慨节义的北学精神。明末西学东渐这里又积澱了科学实用的西学底蕴。清末立宪修律的时代背景下,这里率先倡办法政之学,北洋法政学堂还孕育出中国共产主义运动先驱、中国最早的马克思主义传播者李大钊。
Hebei Province,a time-honored land dating back to the States of Yan(1044BC-222BC)and Zhao(403BC-222BC),has been the cradle of the academic spirit of North China since ancient times,which honors humanistic pragmatism,incorporates things of diverse nature,pursues dignity and primitive simplicity and highlights generosity and righteousness.
