江西省农村老年人中医药健康养老服务利用现状及影响因素分析

Utilization status and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine healthcare services for the elderly in Jiangxi Province

目的分析江西省农村老年人中医药健康养老服务利用现状及其相关影响因素,为改善农村老年人养老服务状况,促进中医药健康养老服务行业发展提供相关建议。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,对720名农村老年人的中医药养老服务现状情况开展问卷调查,并采用χ^(2)分析、多分类无序logistic回归对其影响因素进行分析。结果共得到605份有效问卷,其中,7.9%老年人经常接受中医药健康养老服务,无慢病且所居住地离医疗机构小于1公里的居民更倾向于经常接受中医药健康服务(P<0.05)。结论目前,江西省农村居民的中医药健康养老服务利用程度有待提高,可通过加大中医药服务宣传教育,完善相关配套政策与基础设施建设,革新中医药服务技术以及中医药服务优势引入农村地区等措施提高农村老年人对中医药健康养老服务的利用程度。

Objective To analyze the current status of the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine healthcare services for the elderly in Jiangxi Province and the related influencing factors, and to provide relevant suggestions for improving rural elderly care services and promoting the development of the traditional Chinese medicine healthcare service industry. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine elderly care services for 720 rural elderly residents, and the influencing factors were analyzed by χ^(2)test and unordered multi-class logistic regression. Results A total of 605 valid questionnaires were obtained. Among them, 7.9% of the elderly often received traditional Chinese medicine healthcare services. Residents who had no chronic diseases and lived less than 1 km away from health institutions were more likely to receive traditional Chinese medicine healthcare services(P<0.05). Conclusions At present, the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine healthcare services for rural residents in Jiangxi Province needs to be improved. It is necessary to enhance the publicity and education of traditional Chinese medicine services, improve relevant supporting policies and infrastructure construction, innovate technologies of traditional Chinese medicine services, and introduce traditional Chinese medicine services into rural areas, so as to improve the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine healthcare services by rural elderly population.
