缓蚀剂残余浓度快速评价方法在塔河油田的应用 被引量:3

摘要 根据缓蚀剂吸附作用机理和油田管道总铁来源,利用缓蚀剂加注量与介质中总铁含量关系,研究了不同缓蚀剂加注量条件下缓蚀剂对总铁增加值的抑制率,结合标准要求,确定了T-101井和T-202井的缓蚀剂最佳加注量分别为60 mg/L和30 mg/L。避免了缓蚀剂的欠量、过量加注,实现精准防护。 According to the adsorption mechanism of corrosion inhibitor and the source of total iron in oilfield pipelines, the relationship between the amount of corrosion inhibitor and the total iron concentration in the medium was used to study the relationship between the amount of different corrosion inhibitors and the inhibition rate of total iron addition value. In combination with standard requirements, the optimal injection rates of corrosion inhibitors for Well T-101 and Well T-202 were determined to be 60 mg/L and 30 mg/L, respectively. In this way, under-and over-filling of corrosion inhibitors were avoided, and precise protection was achieved.
