行波型超声波电机的数学建模研究

摘要 使用数学公式推导法对超声波电机进行建模分析,搭建了超声波电机的简化数学模型,分别探究了不同负载、预压力和驱动电压对超声波电机机械特性的影响及超声波电机相关参数的变化对其动态特性的影响。最后通过搭建超声波电机的实验测试平台,对超声波电机的转速和机械特性进行测试对比,并分析了误差产生的原因,为超声波电机的控制器和驱动器的研制打下了基础。 Modeling analysis of ultrasonic motor is carried out by mathematical formula derivation, to set up a simplified mathematical model for the ultrasonic motor. The influence on mechanical characteristics of ultrasonic motor at different load, pressure, driving voltage are explored respectively, as well as dynamic characteristics influenced by changes of ultrasonic motor related parameters. Mechanical characteristics and rotating speed of the ultrasonic motor are tested and compared by building an experimental test platform, the cause of error is analyzed as well, to establish the foundation of the ultrasonic motor controller and driver development.
