农资经营责任保险产品开发分析

Analysis on the Development of Agricultural Materials Management Liability Insurance Products

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,农业、农村逐步走向现代化,农资法律体系逐渐健全,农资经营管理要求更为严格,使得农资经营面临的责任风险愈加凸显。为有效规避农资经营责任风险,并保障因农资经营者指导过失而受损的农户能够及时得到赔偿,防止农资纠纷事件持续恶化,开发设计一款农资经营责任保险尤为重要。通过分析开发该款保险产品的意义以及其在市场需求、政策及法律等方面的可行性,运用保险学的相关原理对农资经营责任保险的保险责任等条款予以说明,同时又针对现实情况提出了发展该款保险产品的相关建议。

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,agriculture and rural areas are gradually modernizing,the legal system for agricultural materials is gradually improved,and the requirements for agricultural materials management have become stricter,making the liability risks faced by agricultural materials management more prominent.In order to effectively avoid the risk of agricultural materials management liability,ensure that farmers who are damaged by the negligence of the agricultural materials operator’s guidance can be compensated in a timely manner,and prevent the continuous deterioration of agricultural materials disputes,it is particularly important to develop and design an agricultural materials management liability insurance.By analyzing the significance of the development of this insurance product and its feasibility in terms of market demand,policies and laws,this paper uses the relevant principles of insurance to explain the insurance liability and other terms of the agricultural materials management liability insurance,and at the same time,puts forward relevant suggestions for the development of this insurance product based on the actual situation.
