激励式护理联合正念减压训练在结直肠癌术后患者中的应用

Application of motivational nursing combined with mindfulness decompr-ession training in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer

目的观察结直肠癌(CRC)患者术后经激励式护理联合正念减压训练的应用效果。方法回顾性分析南京医科大学附属南京医院2020年5月至2021年5月采用激励式护理联合正念减压训练的50例CRC手术患者资料,纳入观察组;以及同期采用常规干预方法的50例CRC手术患者资料,纳入对照组。查阅患者资料,比较两组干预前、干预2周后心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量(WHO生活质量测定简表)。结果干预2周后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预2周后,两组环境、社会、心理、生理评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激励式护理联合正念减压训练可缓解CRC术后患者负性情绪,利于改善其生活质量。

Objective To observe the application effect of incentive nursing combined with mindfulness decompression training in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC)after operation.Methods A retrospectively analysis was conducted on the data of 50 patients with CRC who underwent incentive nursing combined with mindfulness decompression training in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 and included in the observation group;the data of 50 patients with CRC treated with routine intervention in the hospital during the same period were collected and included in the control group.The data of patients were reviewed,the psychological status(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),quality of life(WHO quality of life brief form)of the two groups were compared before and two weeks after intervention.Results After two weeks of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,while the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After two weeks of intervention,the environmental,social,psychological,and physiological scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,while the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive nursing combined with mindfulness decompression training can alleviate the negative emotions of patients after CRC and is beneficial to improve their quality of life.
