苏黄止咳胶囊联合异丙托溴铵治疗成人慢性支气管炎的效果

Effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsules Combined with Ipratropium Bromide in the Treatment of Adults with Chronic Bronchitis

目的:探讨苏黄止咳胶囊联合异丙托溴铵在成人慢性支气管炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取首都医科大学石景山教学医院2019年1月-2020年12月接收的100例慢性支气管炎患者,采用平行对照法将患者分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采取单一的异丙托溴铵治疗,观察组实施苏黄止咳胶囊联合异丙托溴铵治疗。对比两组治疗效果,以及治疗前后肺功能指标、炎性因子[白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平和血气指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))和动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]。结果:观察组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,观察组IL-8、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平更低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组用力肺活量(FVC)与第一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PaCO_(2)低于对照组,PaO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊联合异丙托溴铵在成人慢性支气管炎治疗中具有较高的应用价值,不仅可以及早减轻咳嗽、气喘等症状,同时有助于改善患者血气指标和炎性因子水平,促进整体治疗效果地提高,值得临床推广与采纳。

Objective:To explore the effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsules combined with Ipratropium Bromide in the treatment of adults with chronic bronchitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with chronic bronchitis received by Shijingshan Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) by parallel control method.The control group was treated with Ipratropium Bromide alone,and the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhike Capsules combined with Ipratropium Bromide.The treatment effect,lung function indexes,inflammatory factors[interleukin-8 (IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)]levels and blood gas indexes[arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO_(2)) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood (PaCO_(2))]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 76.00% of control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-8,TNF-α and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05);after treatment,forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV_(1)) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,PaCO_(2) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and PaO_(2) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike Capsules combined with Ipratropium Bromide has a high application value in the treatment of adults with chronic bronchitis.It can not only relieve the symptoms of cough and asthma and other symptoms early,but also help to improve patients’ blood gas indicators and inflammatory factor levels,and promote the improvement of the overall treatment effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
