神经肌肉电刺激对慢性软组织损伤的应用效果

Effect of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation on Chronic Soft Tissue Injury

目的:探讨神经肌肉电刺激对慢性软组织损伤的应用效果。方法:抽取龙岩人民医院2018年9月-2019年10月收治的慢性软组织损伤患者84例,以随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用神经肌肉电刺激进行治疗。对比两组临床症状恢复时间、疼痛及腰腿功能评分、治疗有效率及日常生活能力评分。结果:治疗后,研究组临床症状恢复时间均早于对照组(P<0.05),研究组日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组腰腿功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性软组织损伤患者在常规治疗基础上应用神经肌肉电刺激治疗的效果确切,能够有效改善患者临床症状,减轻疼痛,提高日常生活能力。

Objective:To investigate the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation on chronic soft tissue injury.Method:A total of 84 patients with chronic soft tissue injury admitted to Longyan People’s Hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group by digital random method,42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the research group received percutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The recovery time of clinical symptoms,scores of pain score,lumbar and leg function score,treatment effective rate and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the recovery time of clinical symptoms in the study group were earlier than those in the control group (P<0.05),the scores of daily living ability were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),the score of pain was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),the treatment effective rate was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the score of lumbar and leg function was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of conventional treatment for patients with chronic soft tissue injury is effective and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve pain,and improve the daily living ability.
