CCRT联合社交技能训练应用于精神分裂症患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of CCRT Combined with Social Skills Training in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:研究计算机认知矫正治疗(computerized cognitive remediation therapy,CCRT)联合社交技能训练(social skills training,SST)应用于精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SZ)患者的效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月河源市精神卫生中心收治的120例SZ患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组采用CCRT治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合SST治疗。比较两组精神症状、社会功能情况。结果:治疗前,两组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病学症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病学症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组日常生活能力、动性和交往情况、社会性活动技能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组日常生活能力、动性和交往情况、社会性活动技能的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CCRT联合SST能够改善SZ患者的精神症状,提高社会功能。

Objective:To study the effect of computerized cognitive remediation therapy (CCRT) combined with social skills training (SST) in patients with schizophrenia (SZ).Method:A total of 120 patients with SZ in Heyuan Mental Health Center from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and study group according to random number table,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CCRT,and the study group was treated with SST on the basis of the control group.The mental symptoms and social function were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms,and general psychiatric symptoms between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms,and general psychiatric symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in daily living ability,motility and interaction status,social activity skill scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the daily living ability,motility and interaction status,social activity skill scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:CCRT combined with SST can improve the mental symptoms and social function of patients with SZ.
