摘要
目的观察上肢康复机器人联合运动想象对偏瘫患者手功能恢复的效果。方法将2020年1月至2021年3月茂名市人民医院收治的80例偏瘫伴手功能障碍患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组选取上肢康复机器人进行康复训练,实验组在对照组基础上,增加运动想象疗法,1次/d,每周5次,治疗4周。治疗前后进行以下评估:Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分。结果经4周治疗后,两组患者FMA、MBI评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且实验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论上肢康复机器人联合运动想象对提升偏瘫患者的手功能有积极作用。
【Objective】 To observe the effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with motor imagery on hand function recovery of hemiplegic patients. 【Methods】 Eighty patients with hemiplegia and hand dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given rehabilitation training by upper limb rehabilitation robot, while the experimental group was given exercise imagination therapy on the basis of the control group, once a day, five times a week, for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, upper Fugl Meyer motor function assessment(FMA) score and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) score were evaluated.【Results】 After 4 weeks of treatment, the FMA score and MBI score of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The changes of the two scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with motor imagery can improve the hand function of hemiplegic patients.
