血清Hcy、Gal-9及1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平与宫颈病变分级的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨分析血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、半乳糖凝集素(Gal)-9及1,25-二羟基维生素D_(3)[1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)]水平与宫颈病变分级的相关性分析。方法选取平顶山市妇幼保健院2018年7月至2020年7月收治的宫颈病变患者共152例作为观察组,其中低级别鳞状鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)73例,高级别鳞状鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)患者48例,子宫颈癌(CC)患者31例,并筛选同期健康女性40例作为对照组。比较观察组及对照组患者血清Hcy、Gal-9及1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平;比较观察组患者治疗前后血清Hcy、Gal-9及1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平变化;分析观察组患者血清Hcy、Gal-9及1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平与宫颈病变分级的相关性。结果观察组患者血清Hcy、Gal-9水平均高于对照组,且观察组患者治疗后血清中Hcy、Gal-9水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组中LSIL组患者血清Hcy、Gal-9水平低于HSIL及CC组,且HSIL组低于CC(P<0.05);LSIL组患者血清1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平高于HSIL及CC组,且HSIL组高于CC组(P<0.05)。血清中Hcy、Gal-9水平与其宫颈病变分级呈正相关(P<0.05),1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平与宫颈病变分级呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy、Gal-9及1,25-(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平与宫颈病变的发生及分级密切相关。
