基于本体的复杂产品维修工程案例知识表示及重用方法 被引量:7

摘要 复杂产品是国民经济的基础,针对复杂产品维修阶段知识表示困难、重用效果不佳等问题,提出了复杂产品维修工程案例知识的表示及重用方法。首先,基于对复杂产品维修领域知识类型及应用情境的分析,设计了复杂产品维修工程案例知识体系结构,构建了复杂产品维修工程案例四层本体模型,实现了对维修阶段陈述性知识与过程性知识的独立表示。其次,构建了复杂产品维修工程案例知识重用模型,基于案例相似度与适应度匹配出适用于解决维修问题的历史案例,实现维修知识的有效重用。最后,以动车组的维修过程为例验证了所提方法的有效性,可为复杂产品全生命周期工程案例的知识重用提供参考和借鉴。 Complex product is the foundation of national economy.Aiming at the problems of difficult knowledge representation and poor reuse effect in the maintenance stage of complex product,the representation and reuse method of complex product maintenance engineering case knowledge is proposed.Firstly,based on the analysis of complex product maintenance domain knowledge types and application scenarios,a complex product maintenance engineering case knowledge architecture is designed,and a four layer ontology model of complex product maintenance engineering case is constructed to realize the independent representation of declarative knowledge and process knowledge in maintenance phase.Then,the knowledge reuse model of complex product maintenance engineering case is constructed.Based on the similarity and fitness,the historical cases suitable for solving maintenance problems are matched to realize the effective reuse of maintenance knowledge.Finally,the maintenance process of the electrical multiple unit is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The method can provide reference for the knowledge reuse of complex product life cycle engineering cases.
