胃癌患者术后下床活动水平与自我管理效能的关系

Relationship Between Off-Bed Activity Level and Self-Management Efficacy in Patients with Gastric Cancer After Operation

目的探讨胃癌患者术后下床活动水平与自我管理效能的关系。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于潢川县人民医院接受手术的86例胃癌患者为研究对象。术后5 d,采用下床活动水平量表、自我效能感量表(GSES)评估胃癌手术患者下床活动水平及自我管理效能,分析二者的关系。结果术后5 d,86例胃癌患者下床活动水平评分为(7.86±1.62)分,总体下床活动水平一般。术后5 d,86例胃癌患者GSES评分为(16.93±3.58)分,总体自我管理效能一般。有术后并发症的胃癌患者下床活动水平低于无术后并发症的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一般双变量Pearson相关性分析结果显示,胃癌患者术后下床活动水平评分与GSES评分呈正相关(r=0.429,P<0.001)。结论胃癌患者术后下床活动水平评分与GSES评分密切相关,自我管理效能越高的胃癌患者术后下床活动水平越高。

Objective To explore the relationship between the level of off-bed activity and self-management efficacy in patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods A total of 86 patients with gastric cancer who received surgery in Huangchuan County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Five days after operation,the off-bed activity level scale and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were used to evaluate the off-bed activity level and self-management efficacy of patients with gastric cancer surgery,and to analyze their relationship.Results Five days after operation,the score of off-bed activity level in 86 patients with gastric cancer was(7.86±1.62)points,and the GSES score was(16.93±3.58)points,the overall activity level of getting out of bed was general.The off-bed activity level in patients with gastric cancer who had postoperative complications was lower than that in patients who did not have postoperative complications(P<0.05).Through the general bivariate Pearson correlation analysis,the results showed that there was a positive correlation between the score of postoperative off-bed activity level and the score of GSES in patients with gastric cancer(r=0.429,P<0.001).Conclusion The level of off-bed activity in patients with gastric cancer after operation is closely related to GSES score,that is,the higher the self-management efficiency,the higher the postoperative off-bed activity level of gastric cancer patients.
