Screw conveyor is commonly used in flour mills and food factories.This paper studies the structure and principle of screw conveyor,and analyzes the causes of frequent failures of screw conveyor in use,such as rubbing against shell,material leakage,starting difficulties and broken pipe shaft,etc.,and discusses its solutions to provide reference for users to use and maintain.
