摘要
针对宝山基地工业垃圾尾料,采用环模辊压和活塞冲压成型进行探索性试验。试验发现一定比例组成的工业垃圾经过预处理后,孔径30 mm×30 mm环模辊压成型抗压强度均值≥2600 N/个,密度均值≥1.21 g/cm^(3);孔径φ16 mm的环模辊压成型抗压强度均值≥1100 N/个,密度均值≥1.15 g/cm^(3);孔径20 mm活塞冲压成型抗压强度均值≥2500 N/个,密度均值≥1.25 g/cm^(3)。工业垃圾成型料表面干燥硬实,易于储存和运输,可为纳入钢铁冶金热态炉窑协同处置创造良好的运输、投料条件。
For the industrial waste tailings in Baoshan base,exploratory tests of ring mould roller press and piston stamping forming were carried out.It was found in the test that after pretreatment of the industrial waste composed of a certain proportion,the average compressive strength of ring mold with an aperture of 30 mm×30 mm:≥2600 N/per,and the average density:≥1.21 g/cm^(3);The diameter of 16 mm ring roll molding:≥1100 N/per,and the mean density:≥1.15 g/cm^(3).Pore diameter 20 mm piston punch formed mean compressive strength:≥2500 N/per,and mean density:≥1.25 g/cm^(3).The surface of industrial waste molding material is hard and dry,easy to store and transport.It creates good transportation and feeding conditions for the cooperative disposal of hot furnaces in iron and steel metallurgy.
