鱼腥草浸提液对两种作物种子萌发及幼苗化感作用影响 被引量:3

摘要 为合理配置土地资源,充分利用光能等自然资源。研究鱼腥草与粮食作物玉米、黑豆之间化感作用关系,为深入探讨鱼腥草化感作用提供基础理论研究。实验采用室内培养皿滤纸法,用不同浓度是鱼腥草浸提液处理玉米、黑豆种子,并在适宜的时间测量玉米、黑豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、株高、鲜重和丙二醇(MDA)、叶绿素含量。结果表明:鱼腥草浸提液对玉米的发芽、株高、鲜重、叶绿素含量在低浓度时有促进作用,对玉米的发芽率、发芽势、株高、鲜重叶绿素含量在高浓度下存在抑制作用,对于玉米幼苗的MDA在小于60%处理浓度时具有抑制作用,随浓度的升高逐渐转变为促进作用。鱼腥草浸提液无论在低浓度或高浓度下对黑豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、株高、鲜重及叶绿素含量都呈现出化感抑制作用,对黑豆幼苗MDA含量一直处于促进作用。鱼腥草对玉米、黑豆具有化感作用,这为鱼腥草是否能与玉米、黑豆建立适宜的套种模式提供了技术指导与理论支持。 To rationally allocate land resources and make full use of natural resources such as light energy.To study the allelopathy relationship between Houttuynia cordata and corn,black soybean,and to provide basic theoretical research for further study of allelopathy of Houttuynia cordata.In the experiment,the seeds of maize and black bean were treated with Houttuynia cordata Thunb extract at different concentrations by using the filter paper method in indoor petri dishes.The germination rate,germination potential,plant height,fresh weight,malonaldehyde(MDA)and chlorophyll content of maize and black bean seeds were measured at appropriate time.The results showed that Houttuynia cordata extract could promote the germination,plant height,fresh weight and chlorophyll content of maize at low concentrations,inhibit the germination rate,germination potential,plant height and chlorophyll content of fresh weight of maize at high concentrations,and inhibit the MDA content of maize seedlings at less than 60%gradually changed into promoting effect with the increase of concentration.Houttuynia cordata extract showed allelopathic inhibition on germination rate,germination potential,plant height,fresh weight and chlorophyll content of black soybean seeds at low or high concentrations,and promoted the MDA content of black soybean seedlings.Houttuynia cordata Thunb had allelopathy on maize and black bean,which provided technical guidance and theoretical support for whether Houttuynia cordata Thunb could establish suitable interplanting mode with maize and black bean.
