摘要
羊肚菌在营养保健和医药领域展现出巨大的开发与应用潜力。对羊肚菌的营养成分及药理作用进行了综述,分析了羊肚菌的研究与开发现状,并对其应用前景进行了展望,为羊肚菌的深度开发利用提供参考。
Morchella esculenta shows great potential for development and application in the fields of nutrition,health care and medicine.In this paper,the nutritional components and pharmacological effects of Morchella esculenta were reviewed,the research and development status of Morchella esculenta were analyzed,the development and application prospects of Morchella esculenta were prospected,aiming to provide a reference for further development and utilization of Morchella.
