抗静电面料服用性能测试分析研究

摘要 随着科技的发展和经济水平的提升,人们对防静电织物的要求越来越高。文章首先分析抗静电织物的力学性能和热湿舒适性能,其中,力学性能包括耐磨性能、拉伸断裂性能、撕破性能、折皱回复性能、硬挺度等,热湿舒适性能包括透气性能、保温性能等。其次利用数据分析导电丝对织物性能的影响,发现导电丝可以增强织物的耐磨性能、折皱回复性能、拉伸断裂性能、撕破性能、保温性能,同时在一定程度上减弱了织物的透气性能,为设计和开发服用性能更好的防静电织物提供参考。 With the development of science and technology and the improvement of economic level,people have higher and higher requirements for antistatic fabrics.Firstly,the mechanical properties and thermal and wet comfort properties of antistatic fabrics are analyzed.Among them,the mechanical properties include wear resistance,tensile fracture performance,tearing performance,wrinkle recovery performance,stiffness and so on.The thermal and wet comfort properties include air permeability,thermal insulation performance and so on.Secondly,the data are used to analyze the influence of conductive wire on fabric properties.It is found that conductive wire can enhance the wear resistance,wrinkle recovery performance,tensile fracture performance,tearing performance and thermal insulation performance of the fabric,and weaken the air permeability of fabrics to a certain extent,which provides a reference for the design and development of antistatic fabrics with better wearability.
