摘要 随着我国社会经济不断发展,纺织服装行业发生了翻天覆地的变化,掌握纺织品面料悬垂性逐渐成为提高服装企业产品生产效率的重要环节,也是控制产品开发质量的重要因素,在某种程度上能推动服装企业可持续发展。近年来,我国已进入信息化时代,如果能完全掌握并模拟织物的悬垂形态,不仅能提高企业产品的设计效率,缩短产品的设计时间,还能科学控制产品的开发成本,提高服装企业的核心竞争力。文章以三维服装CAD软件为切入点,开展悬垂模拟实验,探究了经纬异性虚拟织物悬垂形态的影响因素,并根据实际属性参数与悬垂指标,构建了健全的经纬异性织物属性参数与悬垂指标线性回归关系模型。 With the continuous development of China’s social economy,the textile and garment industry has undergone tremendous changes.Grasping the drapability of textile fabric has gradually become an important link to improve the product production efficiency of garment enterprises.It is also an important factor to control the quality of product development,and can promote the sustainable development of garment enterprises to some extent.In recent years,China has entered the information age.If we can fully grasp and simulate the draping form of fabric,it can not only improve the design efficiency of enterprise products,shorten the design time of products,but also scientifically control the development cost of products and improve the core competitiveness of garment enterprises.Using CAD software,this paper further studies the draping simulation experiment,explores the influencing factors of draping form of virtual fabric with warp and weft different direction,and constructs a sound linear regression relationship model between fabric attribute parameters and vertical index according to the actual attribute parameters and draping index.
