奥布松挂毯是在卧式织机上运用经线和纬线,通过反面编织的方法制作出“通经断纬”的平面、双面挂毯,从八、九世纪传承至今,有诸多值得借鉴的地方,对我国在当代如何更好地传承中国工艺美术具有一定的借鉴意义。
