北大漢簡《節》編聯芻議

The Study of Inscriptions on the Back of the Bamboo Slips Jie(節) from Beijing Da Xue Cang Xi Han Zhu Shu

通過北大漢簡《節》簡背刻痕的研究,發現可據刻痕將簡文分爲三個部分:1."月令",説明一年中四立、二分、二至的時序與宜忌;2."刑德",説明刑德七處的相關理論與應用;3."陰陽總綱",將陰陽理論推展至"戰争舉事""居處宜忌"與"兵家戰陣"。而由本篇的簡背刻痕問題,可擴及北大漢簡相關諸篇(如《趙正書》《荆决》《雨書》等)的編聯問題,即便文意通暢,其刻痕仍存在着重刻、紊亂、替换等現象。

Based on the study of the inscriptions on the back of the bamboo slips Jie(節)from BeiJing Da Xue Cang Xi Han Zhu Shu(北京大學藏西漢竹書),this paper believes that the inscriptions can be divided into three parts:1."Monthly Order",which explains the timing and appropriateness of the Sili(四立),Erfen(二分),Erzhi(二至)in a year;2."Criminal virtue",explaining the related theories and applications of the seven criminal virtues about the Xingde(刑德);3."Theory of Yin and Yang(陰陽)",extending the theory of yin and yang to"war activities","dwelling taboos"and"strategic battles".The problem of the inscriptions on the back of the bamboo slips in this article can be extended to the problems in the compilation of the relevant articles of the Han bamboo slips of BeiJing Da Xue Cang Xi Han Zhu Shu(北京大學藏西漢竹書),such as Zhaozhengzhu(趙正書),Jingjue(荆决),Yushu(雨書),etc.Even if the text is smooth,the inscriptions still exist engraving,disorder,replacement and other phenomena.
