清热安神汤联合失眠三针治疗脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症效果观察

Effect of Qingre Anshen decoction combined with three needles in treatment of insomnia of phlegm heat internal disturbance type after cerebral infarction

目的分析清热安神汤和失眠三针联合治疗脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症患者的效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年10月本中心诊治的脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症90例患者资料,随机分两组,对照组45例给予清热安神汤治疗,研究组45例采取清热安神汤和失眠三针联合治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率95.56%比对照组80.00%高(P<0.05);研究组生活质量(52.16±4.32)分高于对照组(46.61±5.12)分,PSQI评分(5.12±1.76)分比对照组(9.75±2.53)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热安神汤和失眠三针联合治疗脑梗死后痰热内扰型失眠症患者的效果较好,能提升睡眠的质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of Qingre Anshen decoction combined with three needles in treatment of insomnia of phlegm heat internal disturbance type after cerebral infarction.Methods 90 patients with insomnia of phlegm heat internal disturbance type after cerebral infarction admitted to our center from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.45 cases in the control group were treated with Qingre Anshen decoction.45 cases in the study group were treated with Qingre Anshen decoction combined with three needles.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group(52.16±4.32)was higher than that of the control group(46.61±5.12),PSQI score(5.12±1.76)was lower than that of the control group(9.75±2.53),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Qingre Anshen decoction combined with three needles in treatment of insomnia of phlegm heat internal disturbance type after cerebral infarction is better,which can improve the quality of sleep.
